Here is the menu for the evening feast:

Your choice of one of the following :

Huli Huli Chicken Skewers – Chicken marinated in Ginger, Soy and Miso and skewered with pineapple, onion, peppers and mushrooms

Kalua Pork Skewers – Ti leaf smoked Pork marinated in Hawaiian Salt and skewered with pineapple, onion, peppers and mushrooms

Lomi Lomi Mahi Mahi – Mahi Mahi marinated in tomato and lime and skewered with pineapple, onion, peppers and mushrooms
-or-
Roasted Pig on BBQ, then carved and served with Hawaiian Ginger Soy BBQ sauce on a Chinese Pineapple Bun

All dishes served with:
Toasted and Fresh Coconut coleslaw with cabbage, carrot, orange segments, crushed nuts, creamy citrus dressing
